Launch · Follow-up Foundation Sprint

Know which client opportunities deserve attention—and what happens next.

In seven calendar days after your deposit and complete usable inputs are received, ClientMorrow turns 10–30 recent enquiries or quiet proposals into one clear, human-approved follow-up workspace.

  • Priority classification with supporting evidence—not a claim of buying intent
  • Owner, next action and follow-up date for each valid opportunity
  • Editable follow-up drafts for priority opportunities
  • A private ClientMorrow workspace and action queue
  • One guided online handover, one revision and seven days of support

Not included

Clear boundaries protect the seven-day delivery.

  • Automatic email sending or revenue guarantees
  • CRM replacement, custom software or multiple integrations
  • Ongoing opportunity management after the support period
  • More than 30 opportunities or additional revision rounds
  • Work that requires credentials or data the client is not authorised to share

Fictional delivery example · dummy data only

One record, one reason, one next move.

These invented opportunities illustrate the output, not customer results. Your Launch covers 10–30 authorised records; unknown facts stay marked as unknown.

Continue — Example Studio A

Evidence: A proposal was sent ten days ago; no decision date was recorded.

Owner: Founder. Next step: Review a draft asking whether the proposal is still being considered. Due: two days after handover.

Editable draft, not sent: Hi Alex, is the proposal still under consideration? If so, is there a question we can clarify? If priorities have changed, please let me know and I will close the loop.

Clarify or pause — Example Studio B

Evidence: The budget and next decision-maker are unknown.

Owner: Founder. Next step: Check existing notes and confirm whether there is an agreed reason to contact them. Review at handover.

Boundary: No outreach is scheduled until the owner confirms relevance. An explicit refusal or opt-out is marked closed, with no follow-up draft.

The handover includes the stage, evidence, priority reason, owner, next action/date or pause reason, plus one consolidated revision. A priority label is not proof of purchase intent.

Delivery and acceptance

Five visible checkpoints.

  1. 1. ReservePay the SGD 250 deposit and receive secure onboarding access.
  2. 2. Online onboardingComplete the secure discovery questionnaire and provide 10–30 authorised opportunity records in your workspace.
  3. 3. BuildClientMorrow organises, prioritises and prepares the action queue and drafts.
  4. 4. Review onlineYou review the workspace and submit one consolidated revision request within three Singapore business days. No call is required.
  5. 5. Accept and settleAfter any agreed revision, you explicitly accept the delivered work in writing or using the workspace acceptance control. Only then is the SGD 250 balance due. Seven calendar days of support begin once that payment is confirmed.

Support

Seven days to settle the workflow.

Seven calendar days of support begin when the acceptance balance is confirmed. Support covers questions about the delivered workspace and correction of delivery errors within the accepted Launch scope. We acknowledge support requests within two Singapore business days.

Cancellation and refunds

A staged, written policy.

Cancel before submitting the online discovery questionnaire for a refund of the deposit, less unrecoverable payment fees. After discovery is submitted or delivery work begins, the deposit covers reserved capacity and work performed and is non-refundable. If ClientMorrow cannot deliver an agreed item, fees attributable to that undelivered work are refunded. Outcome dissatisfaction alone is not a delivery defect.
